Class Styles

Wiggles & Giggles

A ballet-based class for young dancers ages 1.5–3 and a caregiver. Little ones explore movement, rhythm, and imagination through songs, stories, and playful ballet fundamentals — alongside the grown-up who knows them best.

Creative Movement

For ages 3 & 4. Basic Ballet & Tap positions and steps taught through creative, imaginative play, songs, nursery rhymes, and stories — building cognitive, motor, and social skills.

Ballet

A highly technical concert dance form with its own vocabulary based on French terminology; the foundation of all dance training.

Pointe

Classical ballet technique on the tips of the toes. Prerequisite: 11+ years old, 2+ years of classical ballet, plus an additional ballet class.

Jazz

A performance dance technique and style built on African American vernacular dance, including theatrical and Broadway jazz.

Hip Hop

Street dance styles performed to hip-hop music, spanning a variety of styles within hip-hop culture.

Tap

Percussive dance using the sounds of metal taps striking the floor on the heel and toe.

Contemporary

An expressive, versatile style blending ballet, modern, and jazz technique with floor work, breath, and emotional storytelling.

Acro

Acrobatic dance combining classical technique with tumbling, balancing, limbering, and partner tricks — built progressively and safely.

Musical Theater

Broadway-style performance dance combining character storytelling, acting through movement, and theatrical jazz technique.
